CrossFit

Join On Ramp

This is our introductory program to CrossFit. On Ramp will familiarise you with the 9 foundation movements that build a platform to perform the CrossFit workouts.

We hold 2 On Ramp classes per week. Regardless of your experience, every individual is required to complete 2 On Ramp classes. Once you've developed these skills, your CrossFit journey will really begin.

 

The CrossFit Class

We warm up, we do some skills & drills, we WOD and have a whole heap of fun along the way!

WOD - 'workout of the day'. The workout will always vary, always progress, is scaleable and can be modified accordingly.

 

Come along and give it a go - you might even enjoy it!
